[FONT=&quot]The Heart Sutra (Prajña Pāramitā Hridayasutra)[/FONT]

[FONT=&quot]The Bodhisattva Avalokitesvara, [/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]while moving in the deep course of perfect understanding, [/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]shed light on the Five Skandhas and found them equally empty. [/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]After this penetration, he overcame ill-being. [/FONT]

[FONT=&quot]Listen Shariputra, [/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]form is emptyness, emptyness is form. [/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]Form is not other than emptyness, emptyness is not other than form. [/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]The same is true with feelings, perceptions, mental formations, [/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]and consciousness. [/FONT]

[FONT=&quot]Listen Shariputra, [/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]all dharmas are marked with emptyness. [/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]They are neither produced nor destroyed, [/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]neither defiled nor immaculate, [/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]neither increasing nor decreasing. [/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]Therefore in emptyness there is neither form, nor feelings, [/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]nor perceptions, nor mental formations, nor consciousness. [/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]No eye, or ear, or nose, or tongue, or body, or mind. [/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]No form, no sound, no smell, no taste, no touch, [/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]no object of mind. [/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]No realms of elements ( from eyes to mind consciousness ), [/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]no interddependent origins and no extinction of them [/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]( from ignorance to death and decay ). [/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]No ill-being, no cause of ill-being, no end of ill- being, [/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]and no path. [/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]No understanding, no attainment. [/FONT]

[FONT=&quot]Because there is no attainment, [/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]the bodhisattvas, grounded in perfect understanding, [/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]find no obstacles for their minds. [/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]Having no obstacles, they overcome fear, liberateing themselves [/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]forever from illusion and realizing perfect nirvana. [/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]All Buddha in the past, present, and future, [/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]thanks to this perfect understanding, [/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]arrive at full, right, and universal enlightenment. [/FONT]

[FONT=&quot]Therefore one should know [/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]that perfect understanding is the highest montra, [/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]the unequalled montra, the destroy of ill-being, [/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]the incortible truth. [/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]The mantra of prajnaparamita should therefore be proclaimed: [/FONT]
